How will my delivery be shipped?
Amazon functions as our logistics partner to ship out Baseus products. They will choose the carrier that they think works best for our customers.

I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?
We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.

Please note that if you use the shipping address of the logistic company to deliver parcels to other regions or countries, the extra costs incurred need to be borne by you.

Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?
Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route.

Return Validity Period 

14 Days Money-Back Policy
Baseus guarantees a 14-Day Money-Back policy for no reason (E-commerce channel). If non-quality problems arise, customers shall bear the postage for the return, and the merchant shall bear the postage for re-delivery. Invoices and gifts must be returned together. The 14-day Money-Back product must be guaranteed to be a product that does not affect secondary sales, with only unpacked packaging, and some products that should not be used.

2. Request for a Return Mailing Label in the email.

3. You will receive an email with the Return Mailing table afterward, please fill out the form and ship back the product(s) with it to our fulfillment centers. 

The form contains the following two sections:

Return Mailing Label: A label that contains the address of the fulfillment center that will be receiving and processing the return. You need to affix the label on the return package. You may choose your preferred logistics operators.

Note*: Postage is not provided on the return mailing letter.

Return Authorization Slip: A form that contains a barcode and item description for the products being returned. The slip must be included inside the return package alongside the items. 

Once our fulfillment centers receive the package, the refund process will begin.

Note*: If the shipping item(s) is over $39, or for speeding up the refund process, consider using a shipping service that provides tracking, or purchasing shipping insurance and send over the tracking number to our customer support team. Otherwise, Baseus cannot guarantee the item(s) could be successfully returned. 

Expected Processing Timelines

If you request a reimbursement based on any of the causes explained above, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen (14) calendar days of the day we were notified of your decision, provided, where applicable, that we have received evidence that the products have been dispatched back to us, however we may withhold the reimbursement until we receive the returned products. If we do not receive evidence that the products have been dispatched back to us, we will reimburse the fourteen (14)-day period will start from the date we receive the products.

Before we proceed to reimbursement, we will review the products returned to assess your request, in particular:

  • if you return the products and request the reimbursement within the fourteen (14)-day period, we will assess whetherthe products are in the conditions that we delivered them to you. If we find that your handling of the product has diminished its value, due to handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products, we may detract the corresponding amount to the final reimbursement.
  • if you request a price reduction as a consequence of a lack of conformity, we will assess the decrease in value by determining the difference between the value that the products would have had at the time of delivery had it been in accordance with the contract and the value that the products actually delivered had at the time ofthe conclusion of the contract .
  • if you request reimbursement as a consequence of a lack of conformity, we will assess whether the lack of conformity is minor, in which case we will provide another more suitable remedy of those explained above.

We shall carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed with you. We shall reimburse all costs associated with the lack of conformity process. In the return process, we shall reimburse all costs except for (i) the direct cost of returning the goods; and (ii) the supplementary costs derived from your choosing of a type of delivery for return other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by Baseus.

 

Refund

The refund will be credited back using the same method as when you paid the order. After we receive your returned package(s), we will handle your refund immediately, and the corresponding bank will take over the process of the refund. In most cases, you receives the refund within 10 business days. Processing time can vary between banks.

Interface Description

  • PD USB-C Ports: Supports up to 100W fast charging; requires a 60 to 100W PD charger to power or recharge your laptop through this docking station.

If you need to power your laptop, please plug an extra USB-C compatible power supply into the docking. The included adapter isn't enough to power the laptop.

  • Equipped full-featured usb-c to usb-c cable support Data transmission, charging and video signal output.
  • Normal usb c cable does not support video signal output.
  • It is not recommended to use an extra adapter to connect the laptop's USB C port to the docking station.

About Casting or Mirroring on 3 Screen Displays (Refer to product’s corresponding setting video)

Settings on Windows OS : Since the Intel Control Panel only supports casting 3 interfaces, 1 of the 3 displays or your laptop’s screen will have no signal when connecting 3 displays to this docking station

 

Settings on MacOS: Go to "About this Mac – Display – Display Preferences – Mirror Display", then uncheck to enable extended mode. As MacOS does not support MST mode, you will only be able to mirror your desktop interface on 3 screen displays.

 

Notes

  • Ensure that your laptop’s USB-C port supports PD Power Delivery, DP Alt Mode and Data Transfer. Otherwise, some interface functions of the docking station can‘t be used. Consult your laptop’s manual or contact the manufacturer for this information.(The Laptop has thunderbolt 3 / USB-C 3.1 Gen 2 / USB-C 3.2 Gen 2 port support power deliver, hdmi output and 10Gb/s data transfer. The USB-C 3.1 Gen 1 port: 5Gb/s (data transfer only) can't support hdmi display.)
  • Must connect the USB-C port of the laptop to docking station through the equipped USB C to C Cable(supports PD Power Delivery, DP Alt Mode and Data Transfer).
  • The 100W PD charging port is used to connect the 65-100W PD charger (not included) to provide enough power for the laptop to ensure that all ports use stably.
  • To ensure a stable casting or mirroring experience, use the same model of monitor as connecting to 3 different screen display may cause your laptop to misread monitors information and may result into displaying content abnormally.
  • This docking station supports up to 4K@30Hz. The final output depends on the maximum output resolution supported by your laptop’s graphic card and screen display you use.
  • Not Compatible with Huawei matebookd15 / Lenovo Yoga 6 / Lenovo ideapad 320s / Ideapad S145-15IWL / Lenovo e590 / Acer Nitro 5 AN515 / Acer Aspire 5 a515-44-r1bu
  • Some users' laptop upgrade from Windows 10 to Windows 11, which cause the USB-C interface of laptop cannot recognize the docking station. Please upgrade the "USB-C interface" driver of laptop.
  • Some laptop interface have an over-discharge protection protocol. Please keep the DC adapter connected with docking station while using for a long time.
